Our ABF seeks to communicate the greatness of God's love for us and to demonstrate our love for Him through ministry to others. In-depth Bible study with class participation and practical application inspires and trains us. We also spend class time weekly singing praises, worshipping and praying specifically for the needs of class members and others. We have an active small group. Our ABF is comprised of couples, singles and those attending without their spouse. There is a fairly wide age range, and all are welcome. Come join us as we grow in His Word.

Koinonia (Spanish) - Room 412
Teacher: Patricio Paredes
Leaders: Eduardo & Emma Herrera
An ABF for those whose heart language is Spanish. "Koinonia" is a Greek word that means "participation in solidarity and communion". Koinonia can only be expressed by experiencing the love of Christ and sharing it with others. Koinonia offers an option to the Hispanic community to study the Bible in Spanish and share the fraternity of Jesus Christ's love. We seek to glorify God by teaching His Word in a relevant way and promoting a fraternal relationship with our members, so that we can attract others to Christ.
One Purpose - Room 408
Teacher: Gordon Gregory
Leader: Jim Godfrey
We are a group of Baby Boomers (born approximately 1946-1964), who generally still have kids at home. Our challenges involve raising godly kids (with our sanity intact), balancing work and home, strengthening our marriages, and living wisely in a rapidly changing world. We want to know God better—to have an authentic faith that impacts our everyday lives and those around us. We desire close friendships with each other.
We plan to accomplish these things by studying God’s Word, getting to know each other at class socials and in small groups, and reaching out through service projects.
Open Door - Room ED314
Co-Teachers: Hale Johnson and Chet Hiatt
Co-Leaders: Kathy Carr and Paul Harnish
An ABF that desires to be a spiritual community, we believe in caring and supporting one another. Our format for growing is discussion oriented as we share in our study of Scripture. Uniquely blended, we include singles and married couples both with and without children.
Interpreting for the hearing impaired is available in our ABF.
Open Hearts - Room ED315
Teacher/Leader: Jeff Geoghan
Gathering together to search the scriptures, we seek to be firmly rooted and be built up in Him, established in our faith by following the example of the Bereans. An intimate-sized group, Open Hearts members are committed to each other and the Word of God. We use an inductive method of study and facilitated discussion, relying on the Bible to instruct us through the Spirit’s leading. All ages welcome. “May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ.” Group website is www.openheartsabf.org.

And we are organized to provide care for one another and to be involved in ministry outside our walls, so that we can actively apply our learning of God’s Word; all of this in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
