PA Trip | July 30 - Aug 3, 2018 (7th - 10th Grade)*
Cost: $450         Team Leader: Drew Williams
We will be attending Student Life Mission Camp at Eastern University. This will be a week where students have the opportunity to serve in a variety of different ways. The PA Trip focuses on getting students outside of their comfort zones with meaningful local community service opportunities in Philadelphia. Along with serving opportunities there will be daily worship services with small group and church time. The PA Trip is perfect for students who need to take the next step in their walk with Jesus and enjoy serving in the local community.

*11th - 12th Grade can sign up to be a Student Leader on the PA Trip.

 

DC Trip | June 24-29, 2018 (9th - 12th Grade)
Cost: $600         Team Leaders: Eric & Jen Gregory
Washington, D.C. stands as a symbol for immigrants of hope, freedom and the chance that life can change for the better. We will serve within a safe environment, alongside amazing local organizations to build relationships with locals and provide assistance in various ways, including serving meals, running Kids Clubs, working on construction projects and helping to clean up local neighborhoods.

 

UK Trip | July 7-14, 2018 (11th & 12th Grade)
Cost: $1800       Team Leaders: Drew Williams, Eric & Jen Gregory
The UK Trip will be active in schools, sports, and servant evangelism. Partnering with 2 local churches in Sunderland, England we will be serving alongside of the ministries these churches are currently involved with in the city. The UK Trip will give students an opportunity to be a part of what God is doing through His church globally and see how the church can impact the Kingdom in a cross-cultural experience.

** APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY CSM STAFF AND STUDENTS/LEADERS WILL RECEIVE ACCEPTANCE EMAILS BY EARLY MARCH. IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT THE TRIP'S STAFF LEADER.

Applications for Summer Trips are due by February 4th, 2018. It is preferred that References are also received by February 4th, or that students have at least sent the links to their references by that date. 

Students are required to have the following references:

FUNDRAISING

Money for Summer Trips will come mainly from two sources: (1) students will send letters asking for both financial and prayer support and (2) from the student's own personal and family contributions. Further information about how to raise financial support will be covered during the first training meeting with parents. If you have questions about finances prior to being approved for a trip, please reach out to Drew Williams.

 

Once approved for a Summer Trip, we ask that a personal contribution/deposit be made to each student's account by our first Training Meeting (March 25). The personal contribution/deposit for each trip is as follows:

- PA Trip - $25.00
- DC Trip - $50.00
- UK Trip - $100.00

March 25, 2018 - CSM Missions Training Meeting w/ Parents
1-2pm in the CSM Lower Auditorium
This is an information meeting for all students that will be attending a Summer Trip, and their parents, to review details of each of those trips and help to answer any questions from parents. Details that will be covered include (but are not limited to): finances and fund-raising, trip overviews (what the trip will include, where students will stay, etc.), overview of the training manual and training meeting schedules.
