Student Groups

Since our goal is for students to Pursue Life in Christ, relationally-based life change is our objective. We believe that happens when students take large or small steps toward Christ-likeness.

When Do Student Groups Meet?

Student Groups are gender and grade specific small groups that meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm September through April. It is our goal for each group to consist of a 5:1 student to leader ratio. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities to grow in their groups as well as get to know other students who make up our ministry. Click here for the ministry year calendar.

How are the Student Groups Put Together?

Student Groups are built at the beginning of the year (September), but students may register and join a group throughout the year! Students are able to suggest a friend or two they would like to be with when new to Student Groups. We desire for all groups to be a welcoming environment for any student. You may sign up here or contact Whitney Albright with any questions.

What Happens in Student Groups?

Our middle school students begin the night with large group games in the gym, move to a time of teaching, and then are dismissed to their groups. Our high school students begin with a time of teaching and then are dismissed to group time. Through biblical teaching and small group discussion, students have the opportunity to grow deeper in their walk with God, grow together in community, and grow in service for our God.
