Hello! My name is Mark Canada and I am the Pastor of Student Ministries here at Calvary Church. I had the privilege of growing up at Calvary Church before I left for college and seminary at Columbia International University in Columbia, SC . I spent almost a decade in Columbia, SC in school and in youth ministry, and in December of 2010 came back to serve here at Calvary Church. I am honored to serve Jesus here at Calvary and can't wait to see how God wants to use this ministry to mobilize students to pursue life in Christ by advancing His kingdom here in Lancaster, PA, and around the world. I am married to my beautiful bride Jacky and we have 2 children named Kate and John.
Michael Gilchrist

I joined the Calvary Church staff as the Junior High Youth Pastor in 2008.
Originally graduating from college with a degree in meteorology, I worked in the Boston area for over six years in that field. After some time God changed my desires and I began to volunteer at a local church in the youth ministry. God slowly worked on my heart so that my love of being with Jr. Higher' s became greater than my love of meteorology.
In 2006, I went back to college at Lancaster Bible College and got a Masters in Bible with the goal of being a Youth Pastor working mainly with Jr. High. I praise God for His faithful work in my life!
On Aug 4th, 2012, I married my best friend, Nicole. She has been a great blessing in my life! Some of my hobbies include weather, snowboarding, soccer, basketball, guitar and some of my favorite verses are Jeremiah 9:23-24
Kiki Moyer
Program Director
My name is Kiki Moyer and I have been working in Calvary Student Ministry since 2006. My main role on this team is coordinating events in our "GO" environment. Any event we have that is a "come and see" or go and tell" event, I am responsible for planning and making the execution happen. I also get the opportunity to lead an MPACT group of 11th grade girls with my cousin. I really enjoy working in Student Ministry and getting the opportunity to see God move in the hearts of teenagers. In my spare time, I like cooking, baking, and hanging out with my husband Jeff.
Jon Brady
Small Group Coordinator
I grew up in Illinois and met my wife, Judi, while I was teaching high school in Georgia. When we're not hangin’ out together, we have four great kids who keep us busy with school, soccer, music, ministry, movies, and video games. We've been a part of MPACT small groups since 2005 and love it! I serve as the Director of Small Groups (for students and adults church wide) which means I’m the MPACT Coordinator in Student Ministries and make sure our 40 small groups are running smoothly. This involves all aspects of leader recruitment and equiping, group placement, and general weekly oversight. I get to serve with an incredible staff, as well as an fantastic group of coaches and leaders who make my work a pleasure. My heart beats to help young people know that God loves them and that He has a plan for every day of their lives…especially the next step in their journey. My interests are coffee, chocolate, video games, and (dare I say it) constitutional history.
Daniel Rice
Worship / Tech Coordinator
I have been on staff at Calvary since 2005, and more recently in my current position since 2011. Before, I had directed the church Small Groups Ministry and worked with Adult Worship Ministries. I graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute in 1996, then from Liberty University with a Bachelors in Missions in 1998, and finally from Liberty Theological Seminary with a Masters in Arts and Religion in 2000. Prior to my arrival to Calvary, I was the Youth Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church, Ephrata, PA. My wife, Melissa, and I have four children.

While you might not see me out front like the other Student Ministry staff, you can find me at the hub-bub of "Communication Central" and helping to keep the administrative details together! Serving in Student Ministries has been a highlight for me for the past 12 years and working with the Student Ministry staff in ministry to teens keeps me young at heart! When I'm not serving at church, you will most likely find me actively engaged in an outdoors activity with friends and/or my dog. When I'm not out and about, I like to relax at home in my favorite chair with a good book, a cup of French Vanilla coffee, my two cats on my lap, and the dog curled up on the rug!
