About Me
I lead Women's Ministries - our hub ministry being Study & Share weekly women's Bible study. I also assist in the overall discipleship of adults as we encourage people to identify and take their next steps of faith.
I have had a heart for God ever since I was a little girl. The church and home I was raised in believed that our only hope/wish for heaven was based on good works. When I was a student at Penn State I discovered that our only hope for heaven was the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. I needed to admit my helplessness and trust in His work not mine. I started reading the New Testament (at page 1) and when I got to Hebrews I repeatedly read that Jesus died "once for all." His work was sufficient to purchase my salvation. I knew He wanted not just Sunday morning, but all of my life. It was a big choice, but He enabled me to have the faith to believe and follow Him.

I pray that we would be people who never lose our first love - loving God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, and loving others as much as we love ourselves. I pray that we would let our light shine so that others would see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.
