Strategic Priorities

Church Planting - will be the priority among the less reached peoples of Asia, North Africa and Europe.

Leadership Development - will be the priority where there are newly emerging church movements among the less reached peoples of Asia, North Africa and Europe.

Missionary Development - will be the priority in North and South America as well as in other regions where the growth of the church is significant and mature.

Adopted People Groups - will receive intensified and focused efforts to see the church planted and grown.

Bible Translation - will be pursued where there are people groups who do not have the Bible in their heart language.

Ministry to the Poor & Suffering - will be engaged in where it enhances evangelism, disciple-making and church planting.

Internationals - will receive focused and intentional outreach in Lancaster and throughout the United States as opportunities arise.

Non-traditional Methods & Models - will be employed to open new doors of opportunity to reach the less reached peoples of the world (media, Internet, non-resident missionaries, bi-vocational missionaries, etc.)

National Workers & Ministries - will be thoughtfully and carefully assisted with resources where it facilitates the reaching of less reached peoples in a manner which does not promote colonialism or unhealthy dependence.

Sending Partnerships - will be sought and developed with other churches in our region who share similar goals and priorities in world evangelization.

Short-term Ministries - will be a key aspect of developing and recruiting greater participation in world evangelization from among our membership.
