7th and 8th graders, join us from November 7-9, 2025 for a weekend you won’t forget!
Fall Retreat is one of the best environments we offer our middle school students to experience Jesus through community. It’s a critical part in a student’s pathway through CSM. It provides an opportunity to take meaningful spiritual steps, deepen relationships within Student Groups, and grow connections with leaders.
Registration
November 7-9, 2025
High Point Camp
The cost to attend this year’s Fall Retreat is $100. Calvary is willing and able to provide retreat scholarships. To apply for a scholarship, email Whitney Albright to fill out a brief application before registering.

Important Forms
Every student must submit a completed medical release form before the retreat.
Storyworthy
This year’s theme, StoryWorthy, is all about helping students understand their place in God’s story. They will encounter the life-changing story of Jesus, recognize that their own story has meaning and hope because God is writing it, and embrace their role in the bigger story of God’s work.

Speaker

Josh Beers
Josh has invested more than three decades in the next generation of students. He currently serves as Director of Development at Faith Christian Academy. At the core of Josh’s journey has been his unrelenting passion for students and the next step in their relationship with God.
Josh is a frequent speaker to both youth and college-aged students, and his 30+ years as a coach serves him well in motivating students to pursue Christ in their life calling. Using sports as a platform to share the gospel, Josh has led multiple mission trips to Mexico, West Indies, and Scotland. Josh and his wife, Anna, reside in Quakertown, Pennsylvania and have four adult children: Breanna, Mikayla, Moses, and Zofia.
Merch
Each student will receive a crew neck sweatshirt, which is included in the Fall Retreat registration fee. Adult-sized beanies and plush llamas can be purchased as add-ons through the registration process and are sold at-cost to students.

Invite a Friend!
We challenge our students to be friends who bring their friends to Jesus. We would love to extend that invitation to parents as well! Who in your circle of influence has 7th or 8th grade students who could be invited to experience Jesus and community at our fall retreat?
