Whether you’ve been married for many years or you’re just at the beginning of your journey together, there is always room to grow. Our Marriage Enrichment elective is designed for couples who want to enhance a good marriage or are looking for solutions to those nagging issues. (Please note, this is not designed for couples in crisis).
This elective is split into multiple modules that contain reading, teaching, and interactive discussion. Each module lasts 6-8 weeks and will be offered once every 18 months. To maximize the benefit of this elective, we encourage participation in all modules. However, couples can sign up for individual modules as their schedule allows.
Module 3: The Art of Knowing Your Spouse
Great marriages are built by becoming lifelong students of one another. As individuals and marriages grow and change, your understanding of one another must continue to deepen. This module is designed to help you better know your spouse at this stage of life, so you can grow in knowing, honoring, and loving one another as God intends (1 Peter 3:7). Topics include family history, personality, individual differences, sexual intimacy, and other factors that shape who we are and how we relate to one another.
This module will begin on October 4 and meet for eight weeks at 9:30am. Space is limited and registration is required.
