Pray for Southeast Asia

Pray for children living below national poverty lines to have access to free and quality education so they can have opportunities for a better future for themselves and their families.

Pray for political and economic stability in places where turmoil, unrest, and volatility are present.

Pray for divine protection and relief assistance from natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, which frequently hit certain parts of this region.

Pray for more workers to be burdened and equipped to bring the gospel to the many unreached people groups throughout this area of the world.

Reaching the Vietnamese People of Cambodia

Written by Don & Tabitha Nguyen: Global Partners

As many have joined us in prayer for God to send more workers to the harvest, we praise Him for new teammates—a young family with two children—arriving in July 2026!

We had mentored Jonathan and Emily for more than four years and one day asked them to think about joining the work to reach the Vietnamese living in Cambodia for Christ. God clearly revealed to them that He is indeed calling them to cross-cultural ministry and performed many miracles along their journey.

It was only 18 months from the time they accepted the call, joined our mission, and reached 100% support!

Having been in Cambodia since 2007 and working with the unreached Vietnamese in the remote province, we have witnessed people coming to Christ as first-generation believers.

With persistent prayers spanning many years, we are now discipling Hao and Tuyet, a married couple who are second-generation believers and have a call on their lives to disciple young people as well as their own children who are third-generation believers!

God has given this couple a passion and provided a ministry house close to a Vietnamese village where they can develop close discipleship relationships with the youth.

There are hundreds of Vietnamese on floating homes at Tonle Sap Lake. They are the poorest among the poor—both physically and spiritually. Many prayer warriors have stood with us through many hurdles to find ways to reach this isolated community.

The government, as well as the floating school, have permitted Tabitha to teach ESL to the Vietnamese students. Praise God for opening doors to teach the bible in the classroom to the students who have never heard about Jesus.

Praise God also for Don’s ability enter these isolated floating homes, providing medical care to build relationship, show His love, and plant seeds for the gospel.
