Child Dedication

As your church family, we count it a privilege to partner with you in a public dedication ceremony and as you continue to raise your children into godly men and women. Your first step toward dedication, and a significant start to your parenting, is our Child Dedication Parent Class. In class, we’ll discuss foundational biblical parenting principles and introduce you to Calvary’s Kids Ministry.  

You will need to participate in this class before you publicly dedicate your children at Calvary. After class, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a Child Dedication Event. 

Child Dedication Steps:

  1. Sign up for and attend class
  2. Sign up for a Child Dedication Event (day and time)
  3. Submit your prayer and photo

Before Class

  1. Read the Child Dedication, Parent Consecration Booklet.
  2. Read Deuteronomy 6:1-9 and think about
    1. What the key principles for parenting are in the passage?
    2. How do they apply to your stage of parenting?
    3. If married, read and discuss together.

After Class (Registering for Dedication)

After you take the parent class, you need to register for a Child Dedication Event using the link provided to you in class or contact Anna at  .
