Calvary Preschool offers scholarship money to families who are income eligible. This scholarship money is made available through Educational Improvement Tax Credits (EITC). Pennsylvania businesses are able to designate tax credits to specific scholarship organizations.
Calvary Preschool is partnering with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. An application, required documentation, and a $30 non-refundable processing fee are required to apply.
Lunch Bunch is available to our Preschool and Pre-K Students most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:30am-1:00pm. CPS staff will take the students to a designated classroom where they eat a NUT FREE lunch (brought from home) and then participate in the theme of the day. There is a cost of $12 per child per day enrolled. Sign up will be available on the Parent Portal beginning August 30, 2021.
CPS is pleased to partner with Soccer Shots, offering Fall and Spring sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays (choose one) from 11:45am-12:15pm. Parents/Guardians will pick up their children at 11:30am, take them to the restroom, and escort them to the gym or soccer field (located behind Calvary Church).

CPS is also pleased to partner with Annie Hartley with Lancaster Modern Etiquette to offer Polite Little Pandas, A Manners Program to our preschoolers. Instructors will pick up the children and take them to our onsite classroom. More information about days and times the class will be available at orientation.
CPS partners with one of our teachers, Macy Poore, to offer a one-of-a-kind dance program designed for children, ages 2 to 6. Classes are 30 minutes long and will be offered in the fall and spring. Children will be taken to the class directly from their classrooms. Cost, dates and registration information will be available at orientation.
School closings or delays due to inclement weather will be determined by Calvary Preschool and Calvary Church administration and will be posted by 7:00AM, if possible. Please check the following information sources for Closings and Delays:
In general, CPS will follow Manheim Township’s weather delays and closings. However, CPS may elect to delay or close even when Township has not. Sometimes the storms arrive after Township has made their decision, and CPS determines that it is not safe for our families and staff to travel.
When there is a delay, Calvary Preschool will start at 11:00AM and run until 1:00PM; the extended classes
will start at 11:00AM and end at 2:00PM.
